Design Department

Base on the product data from the customer, design section will create the 3D model, then convert to 2D drawing and processing data by using the latest CAD/CAM software in order to execute efficient and stable mold processing work. In addition, by using a latest resin flow analysis system, it is possible to realize an optimal runner gate plan.
Since we use the same software as the headquarter and always share information and data with headquarter, it is also possible to consult in Japan even if the mold to be manufactured in Vietnam.

Mold Department

In the Mold Department, we have achieved efficient mold manufacturing by utilizing precision processing machines and abundant experience, and by integrating everything from mold design to mold manufacturing in-house, we are able to shorten delivery times and reduce costs. In addition, we also handle mold repair, precision parts processing, and jig processing with high quality and low cost.
About the half of employees have more than 15 years experiences with us and had been completed 3 months or 3 years training in Japan headquarter. Therefore nowadays, we can provide mold with same quality standard as Japan.

Injection Department

Finished molds are transferred to the molding department for mass production of plastic parts. Due to have in-house Mold department, we are able to quick try mold, tuning and repair mold in case of trouble occurs. Currently, we have 24 units of injection molding machine (50-350Ton) in total.

QA,QC Department

We inspect and guarantee that the plastic parts produced in the injection molding department meet the quality standards (appearance and dimensions) required by our customers.
In addition, in order to prevent defects in the process, patrol inspections are conducted to check if there are any change point. We have obtained ISO9001 and ISO14001 certifications.

Assembly Department

We perform some assembly work according to the customer's request. Our experience so far is the assembly of harness parts, mobile phone battery chargers, and medical equipment parts. In particular, for mobile phone battery chargers, we carried out integrated production from product design→ mold processing→ injection molding, and finished product assembly.
